🌱 A message that stayed with me

Happy new week, Reader

Someone wrote to me recently and said:

“I thought I needed more discipline.
What I actually needed was to stop fighting the situation I was in.”

Nothing dramatic.
No big breakthrough.

Just a small shift in how they were looking at things.

That sentence stayed with me because it shows up more often than people expect.

Not because effort doesn’t matter.
But because effort without orientation quietly drains energy.

When people stop treating exhaustion as a personal flaw
and start reading it as information,
things tend to soften.

Not instantly.
But noticeably.

That’s usually how real change starts.

And a new week is the best starting point anyway!

Speaking about change: This might be an essay you missed?

To your freedom and health,
