Thanks to our sponsor. Now, back to the codes I owe you an explanation for.Hi Reader, Last Saturday I told you about two men at a window in 1985. Intel. The Ferris wheel. The question that cost 7,000 jobs and saved a company. Remember? And somewhere in that email I dropped two strange little codes. P1-22. P3-23. Maybe you skipped right over them. Most people would. Today I'll show you what's behind them. Because it's the biggest thing I've ever built, and I've never really explained it. What the codes areThey're addresses. Like a house number. Each one points to a law of how living things work. I've collected 190 of them. And built an index. From the soil on my homestead, from forests, animals and cells. From the research that measured them. They sit in seven parts: How Nature is. How she designs. How she decides. How she heals. How we humans work. How systems flow. How money in all this behaves. P1-22 means Part 1, number 22: the Law of Programmed Letting Go. Your body switches off billions of its own cells every day, on schedule, and you depend on it. P3-23 is Part 3, number 23: Remove Before You Add. Land heals faster when you stop the harm than when you pile on help. Intel followed both. Most of us follow neither. Where they liveThe 190 laws are the base of my FARMISH blueprint. FARMISH is simply seven corners of a life: Freedom. Authenticity. Relationships. Money. Inspiration. Sustainability. Health. Every law is linked to the corners it touches. So when something in your life hurts, there are two questions. Which corner is it in? And which law is being broken there? That's the whole method. Find the corner. Find the law. I want to be very clear about this part here:This is not manifesting. It is not "the universe wants something for you." No energy healing, no crystals. And certainly no stinky incense! Every law I put in front of you has a name and a year. Plus the person who measured it. People like:
... and many, many more! My rule is simple. If I can't name the researcher, I don't put it in front of you. Why this matters to youA while ago I wrote down six possible goals for people our age. The ones I read in responses, in my chat or in discussions on Zoom. I called them "What Has to Become True." Clarity. Boundaries. Sleep. Aging well. Family. New challenges. They are not nice-to-have goals everybody has. They might sting a little. A few lines from them:
Read that last one again. Do the math in your head. Yes. That one. Most people read lines like these, nod, and change nothing. Not because they're lazy. At all. Simply because nobody told us why the goal works. And a goal without a why runs on willpower. Willpower runs out around week three. That's what the laws are for. Watch: Clarity: the roles at 70.β Sleep: same wake time every day, daylight within 30 minutes.β That's why a fixed wake time does more than a fixed bedtime. It's not a sleep hack. It's a law. Aging slowly: strength and getting up off the floor without your hands.β See the pattern? The goal tells you what. The law tells you why it works. And once you know why, you don't need willpower. (I wrote those goals about a man. Ladies, change the pronoun. The laws don't care.) Reader, quick note in the middle here. I'm Daniel. I live on a homestead in Transylvania, Eastern Europe, and I write Midlife Regeneration for people 50+ whose body, role and energy are changing all at once. If someone you know is in that spot, forward this to them. It's the kindest thing you can do to help this newsletter grow. Thanks So how do you find your law?Fair question. You don't have the 190 on your desk. That's my side of the work. It goes like this. First, the situation. Not the symptom. The whole picture. What changed? When? What did you lose, what did you outgrow, what are you still carrying that nobody asked you to carry? A man who sleeps badly because his business is bleeding is not the same case as a man who sleeps badly because his business is fine and he's bored to death in it. Same symptom. Different law. Second, the context. Your age. Your money runway. Your marriage. Your body. The people who depend on you. A decision that's right for one person is wrong for the next. Nature never decides without context. Neither do I. Third, the corner. Which of the seven FARMISH corners does the pain sit in? Often it's not the one you think. The man who says "money" often has a Freedom problem. The woman who says "health" often has a Relationships problem. Fourth, the search. Then I go through the 190 and look for the laws you're working against. Usually ten or more fit a little. Only two or three really matter right now. Finding those three is the work. Fifth, the order. Remember Intel. Remove before you add? So the last step is always the same question: what comes off first? And here's what most people don't expect. This works exactly the same for a business. A company is a living system too. It has a rhythm. A history. It has limits. It gets bored. It holds on to roles past their time. Intel wasn't a person, and the laws still worked on it. Your company, your team, your one-man shop: the same 190 apply. I put all of this into one written piece I call the Clarity Letter. One person or one business, read through the laws. The three that matter, and what to remove first. But you don't need me to start. The first step you can do alone, today. Which shift are you in?Before anyone can find the law you're breaking, you need to know what kind of change you're in. A slow drift is not the same as a sudden break. Losing a role isn't the same as outgrowing one! βBehind this link is a short guide for exactly that: β Click it. It's free. The result might not be what you expect... Let's regenerate the world, starting with yours. Daniel P.S. Next time you see a code like P5-18 in my writing, you'll know what it means. A real person, in a real lab or a real field, measured it. Nature wrote the law. I only collected it. And help people make the best decisions. Let's regenerate the world - starting with yours |
Swiss-born, living on a homestead in Transylvania for 20 years. Gardener, permaculture designer, regenerative consultant. My own reset started with a heart attack. Eight years later, I'm in better shape than ever. Because I stopped living outside my own nature. I write for people +45 who feel the same drift. Two or three letters a week. No hype. Nature isn't the backdrop here. It's the diagnostic tool.
